PAST EVENT!  -WHAT THE HEALTH Movie Screening at Cedar Lee Theatre – May 1, 2017

We had a wonderful evening this past Monday at the screening of What The Health!

Almost 200 people joined us for the incredible movie that reveals the the real truth behind some of the charitable organizations that say they are out to help people.
If you didn’t make the movie last night, make sure you see it! It is eye opening and jaw dropping.
The movie was followed up by a educational and entertaining Q & A session with Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Ann Esselstyn and Jane Esselstyn.

PAST EVENT! PLANT PERFECT DINNER at CLEVELAND VEGAN – AUG 29th

There will be a short cooking demo of a few of our favorites…..or dare I say, something outside of our comfort zone <gasp>.

Plant-Based CLE is delighted to partner with Unwind Yoga for a special event pairing yoga with an intro to plant-based living.  Enjoy an all-levels class followed by creative refreshments, recipes, and discussion on the basic principles and benefits of following a whole foods, plant-based, no oil eating plan.yoga
